Is there a way to stop the spammers?

I'm not sure if it is possible or not. Is there a way to prevent the spam type messages from being posted? I don't understand why people have to ruin things for everyone. I don't the mods should have to spend their time deleting this rubbish. It would seem to me that a way must exist to block these type of post. Other than that I will not say how I truly feel because children may be present LOL.

I wish there was, but I don't think so.

The spammers can be banned from the site, but I don't think there is any way to stop them from re-registering under a different user name and spamming again.

Pretty much what Pam said. I mean, we suppposedly have a Captcha set up, but I have no idea how well that's working. I did ban that n00b that was hyper posting last night, so let's see how long it takes for it to come back.

Between 3 and 5am est like that last two nights lol. I don't think captcha work that well against real people but is great for bots. Thanks for listening to me rant about this, I know there isn't a lot that can be done about it. It just sucks.

Yeah, I'm usually up around those times so I'll keep a better eye out. If we're not on, you can also report one of the posts and we'll come check it out.
